Ebortec can offer stand alone interesterification plants or dual role hydrogenation and interesterification plants. In addition we have assisted clients to convert existing equipment into interesterification reactors. Innovative features are included in the Ebortec interesterification design to ensure that process losses are minimised. Process design can be single vessel or multiple vessel where a higher throughput is required. The degree of automation can be tailored to the clients individual requirements. Our catalyst addition system includes full protection for operatives in unpacking and transferring powdered catalyst to the reactor using our purpose built glove box.
