Ebortec has developed a Biodiesel Pilot Plant that possesses all of the features found on full sized biodiesel production plants and provides a fully scalable test facility for production trials and optimisation programmes. The pilot plant is designed for a batch size of 100 litres and is supplied as a fully assembled skid mounted unit that only requires connection to services. Features of the Biodiesel Pilot Plant include: - Process units, piping and frame fabricated in stainless steel. - Multi-function reactor with variable speed agitator. - Variable speed centrifuge. - Distillation vessel with alcohol condensing and recovery system. - Thermal oil heating / cooling unit with electronic control. - Refrigerated water chiller with electronic control.
